This gentle yet powerful workshop blends yoga, breathwork, and reflective practice to help participants explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the physical body.
Designed as an introduction to The Mindful Mat summer series, this session offers a grounding space to slow down, check in, and reset before the summer season begins in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
