MINI & ME Class YES MOVE – “Taylor Swift vs. Beyoncé vs. Lady Gaga” Playlist

$10Bring your kiddo to MOVE! Ages 4-11 suggested, but all welcome. Class sign up includes on guardian and one kiddo, each additional kiddo is $10.
In this hour-long class, your instructor will take you through a warmup, follow-the-leader style dance, and end class with a cool down and meditation.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have plenty to borrow), your sneakers, and water. Not a dancer? No problem! This is a judgement-free zone and most of our clients do not come from a dance background. The only goal is to move our bodies and have fun!
We do accept walk-ins, but signing up helps our instructors know a head count. Our classes do sell out so signing up guarantees you a spot in class!
