In this Myofascial Release Workshop, we’ll use props (hello, lacrosse balls) and intentional shapes to explore the body from the inside out.
Rolling. Pausing. Breathing into the places that have been quietly holding on. Legs. Hips. Back. Shoulders. Neck. Areas that carry the load, now given space to soften and reorganize.
