New Moon Yoga Nidra: A Journey Inward

$25The new moon marks the beginning of a fresh lunar cycle—a natural invitation to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the month ahead. Rooted in stillness, New Moon Yoga Nidra offers space to align with the energy of renewal. Yoga nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice of conscious rest. In this deeply restorative state, the body softens into ease while the mind rests in quiet awareness. From this fertile ground, students are invited to plant seeds of intention that can take root both on and off the mat. This monthly class provides a gentle, supported space to step away from busyness and turn inward. Through intention setting, breath awareness, and guided rotation of consciousness, participants cultivate clarity and renewal. The 45-minute nidra concludes with 15 minutes of quiet integration—time to journal, reflect, or simply rest before reentering the journey ahead.
