$34Everyone’s talking about the pelvic floor these days. 🪺Probably because it’s the foundation that keeps your body balanced and supported – much like the body’s very own “nest.” When it’s not in shape, you might experience leakage, pain, or pelvic heaviness. If this sounds familiar, it’s time to give your nest the care it needs. (Heck. Even if these symptoms don’t sound familiar yet, empower yourself by educating yourself about it now.)
Join Becca, our very own licensed pelvic health occupational therapist and pelvic floor guru, for a pelvic floor workshop where you’ll explore how breathwork, yoga, and mindful movement can restore strength and stability in your nest – and confidence in your body as a whole.
There are two upcoming dates to choose from for this workshop:

✨Breese – Saturday, May 31 12:00-2:00pm
No previous yoga experience is needed. Learn how to advocate for your well-being and reconnect with your core.
$34 to attend. Sign up under the “Special Events” tab online or by downloading the Moonbird Yoga app on your phone and choosing either the O’Fallon or Breese location.
