Join Rainbow Fit Club for a super chill walk through Tower Grove Park! This free, family-friendly event is open to all—pets and kiddos are very welcome.

We meet at 8 AM between the Piper Palm House and the Lily Pond, visit for 5-10 minutes, then take a leisurely walk around the western half of the park. The route is about 1.5 miles on a paved, stroller- and wheelchair-friendly (albeit bumpy) trail. Depending on your pace, the walk may take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes—and we do our best to make sure no one is left behind!

If needed, we can split into two groups based on pace, and everyone is invited to regroup at Piper Palm House afterward. Whoever is leading will be there to welcome everyone back!

After our walk, feel free to keep exploring the park.

While our Meet Ups center queer bodies and queer experiences, friends, family, and allies are always welcome to join.
