Root & Renew: A Spring Flow + Yoga Nidra

$35As we move away from winter and into the light of spring, this workshop offers space to reset with intention. We will begin with a grounded, breath-led flow designed to awaken circulation, create steady warmth, and gently clear stagnant energy from the hips, shoulders, and heart space. The emphasis is not on intensity, but on purposeful movement that helps you feel connected and present. The final 30 minutes will be devoted to guided Yoga Nidra, a practice of conscious rest that supports nervous system regulation and integration.
