The Spring Equinox is a moment of perfect cosmic balance—where day and night are equal, and the earth begins its certain tilt toward the light. This year, the date holds a deep personal resonance for me as it marks the birthday of my brother, Phillip who left this world in 2021. In the wake of loss, the arrival of Spring can feel bittersweet, yet it is the most potent time to honor the cycle of death and re-birth and the inevitable healing that follows.

This ceremony is an open invitation to all. Whether you are navigating a season of loss, moving through a life transition, or simply seeking a quiet space to connect with your inner wisdom and spirit guides, you are welcome here. We gather to witness the new growth beginning to stir beneath the surface of our lives as we move into the spring season.

The Experience

Doors open at 6:30. Please arrive early to settle in I will start the ceremony promptly at 7:00. After a brief introduction to the ceremony, we will enter a non-verbal space for 90 minutes, allowing the mind to quiet and the heart to speak. While we abstain from talking, the room will be filled with the resonance of relaxing, healing music to guide your journey.

We will share several rounds of organic, ceremonial-grade Pu-erh tea. Sourced from ancient, seed-grown trees in Southeast Asia, this tea carries a grounding “earth” energy and contains natural caffeine to keep the spirit alert yet calm.

Sound Bath
We will transition our meditation into a 30-minute crystal sound bath. These healing vibrations help circulate the tea’s energy through the body, clearing stagnant blocks and revitalizing your life-force energy.

Ritual & Intention

• After the silent portion, we will open the circle for those who wish to share insights, feelings, or reflections. This part is optional; you will not be required to share your experience. It can be deeply healing to speak your truth out loud.

Details & Comfort

• Seating: We sit on floor cushions to stay grounded during tea. If you require a chair for physical comfort, please message me in advance so I can prepare a space for you.
  We will lie down for the Sound Bath. Mats and cushions will be provided, but you may bring your own and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable.
• The Altar: At the heart of our circle will be a living altar adorned with the elements of Spring, serving as a visual reminder of the new life and growth we are inviting in.Space will be limited to 12 beautiful souls for this intimate Ceremony.
