SHAPE (Senior Health And Physical Exercise) Program

SHAPE is a multi-week exercise program for beginner or restarting seniors aged 65+. These energizing sessions provide group motivation and fun, mindful ways to stay active.
Our upcoming session is a 5-week course is led by Coach Andrea, ACE Certified Senior Fitness Specialist.
May 28 – June 25
$75 for the 5-week program
SHAPE meets Fridays 8:30am-9:30am
Optional Senior Fit workouts are held every Thursday and may be added via additional 5 pack.
