Shred & Sip: A Friday Night Sweat Social
We’re bringing the energy and the community for another FitnessFoodieSTL event — and this one is the perfect way to kick off your weekend.
Join us at Shred415 for a high-intensity interval workout that alternates between treadmill intervals (walk, jog, run, or hike) and strength training on the floor. This coach-led class is designed for all levels, so you can move at your own pace while still getting an incredible, full-body workout.
Expect heart-pumping cardio, strength-building intervals, and that empowering feeling of doing something strong for yourself at the end of a long week.
And because this is FitnessFoodieSTL… we’re not stopping when class ends.
After we sweat, a community happy hour including Smoothie Shots from Mighty Cricket, an STL- based protein company, plus enjoy an optional 10 min Neck Reset from ProActiv Health — because recovery is part of the routine too.
Come solo or bring a friend — you’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on the weekend.
