Sound Bath Meditation- Age 7+ with Cat Zen Cafe and Lounge

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a tranquil oasis of sound and feline companionship. Join us at Cat Zen Cafe and Lounge for a rejuvenating sound bath healing session led by Crystal Bath Company amidst the playful purrs and gentle presence of our feline friends.

This event is for ages 7 and up. Children must be able to sit quietly for one hour.

Things to bring: yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow. Anything you’ll need to sit/lay comfortably on the floor for 75 minutes
