Strength and Surrender Workshop

Strength & Surrender is a 90-minute yoga workshop that blends high-energy movement with intentional slowing down. We’ll begin with an upbeat sculpt and flow using light weights, strong yoga sequences, and plenty of reps and pulses to build heat, strength, and stamina. The second half of class transitions into a calming slow-flow practice focused on stretching, lengthening, and releasing tension, allowing your body to recover while staying gently connected to breath and movement. We also will add in soothing sounds of crystal bowls. You’ll leave feeling strong, open, and balanced, energized without feeling fried and relaxed without feeling heavy.
