Stroller Strides at Chicken N Pickle

‼️ We have Saturday classes every first and third Saturday of the month and we get to do them at Chicken N Pickle – St. Charles! ???? We’re so excited to have class at this amazing space!

Every other month, we’ll have a family class like the one shown here. A significant other, sister, mother, or any other family member can join you for free on those days. The majority of classes will be for mamas and their kiddos to start of the weekend off right with a judgement free and supportive workout, mom talk, and solidarity through the less fun moments of mothering a toddler ????

Come for the workout at 9, come hang out while the kids play at 10, or (our recommendation) come for both! Your first class is always free!
