$24Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi in this gentle movement class designed to enhance your overall well-being. Often called “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi combines slow, deliberate movements with mindful breathing to promote balance, flexibility and inner calm.
In this class, you’ll learn fundamental Tai Chi postures and sequences that imporove energy circulation, strengthen the body, and quiet the mind. All levels are welcome.
