The Breath Hour @ The Tox

Join me for a 75 minute group breathwork designed to realign your mind, body and spirit, as well as reset your nervous system. In this experience designed to help clear emotional blockages, create space for deeper healing, and calm the body, we’ll use a three-part breath to release stuck energy, followed by 10 minutes of integration and deep relaxation.
Workshop Flow:
- 15 min – Introduction/Welcome
- 35 min – Active Breathwork
- 10 min – Integration Breath
- 15 min – Grounding, group shares, and reflections
This is a group experience (20 people) filled with energy and emotion. Healing in community can get loud, but that’s part of the magic! I’ll hold space to support each of you, though if you prefer a quieter, more personalized session, I recommend booking a 1:1 private session.
