30 minute greenway walk followed by 30 minutes of all-levels yoga.
Bring a yoga mat or towel and a full water bottle. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Bug spray optional.
Event will take place at the Dardenne Greenway: BaratHaven Lake Trailhead. To get there from I-64, take exit 9 and go north on Highway K. Take your first left onto Technology Drive. Then take your first right onto Weldon Spring Road. Continue for 1.0 mile on Weldon Spring Road. Turn left to continue on Weldon Spring Road where it intersects with Brook Lane. Continue on Weldon Spring Road for 0.4 mile. Turn right onto Henning Road. Continue on Henning Road for 0.5 mile Turn left on BaratHaven Boulevard then take an immediate right into the trailhead parking lot. Overflow parking is available at the trailhead on the opposite side of Henning Road.
