YES STRENGTH is our strength training class format. In this hour-long class, your kick-ass instructor will take you through a warmup, bring you into a full-body workout, followed by a cool down and meditation. You will do low-weight, high repetition exercises using light hand weights, booty bands, and your own body weight. This class is for beginners as well as those who workout all the time, with plenty of modifications.
