Get ready to move, groove, and feel amazing with us at Yes Move! Yes Move dance fitness class is designed for everyone, no matter your dance experience!
This class is all about the joy of movement, blending 30-40 minutes of dance with strength training in a fun, judgment-free space. Each class includes:
A warm-up to get you ready
Follow-the-leader dance routines (no pressure, just fun!)
Strength exercises to build confidence & power
A cool down & meditation to reset and recharge




No dance skills? No problem! This class is all about feeling good, moving your body, and having a blast in a supportive community. Just bring: A yoga mat (we have extras!), sneakers for dancing, and water to stay hydrated.
