Yin + Breathwork

Join us for a powerful evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga led by Max Dattoli, inviting you to slow down and settle into deep stillness. Yin has a way of melting away tension — physically, mentally, and energetically — leaving you grounded, open, and at ease.

From there, Aaron Mead will guide a 45-minute Breathwork journey, set entirely to music. Using rhythm and breath, you’ll move energy through the body, release what no longer serves, and open space for clarity, connection, and joy.

The combination of Yin and Breathwork is truly special — Yin helps quiet the mind and open the body, creating the perfect foundation for a deeper breathwork experience. Many participants describe feelings of lightness, bliss, emotional release, and even profound peace that carries well beyond the session.

Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed — calm in body, clear in mind, and open in heart.
