Welcome to Lyndell Institute’s Friday Night Yoga Series, featuring Yin Yoga & Sound! Join us for a relaxing evening of guided breath meditation, supine Yin Yoga, and a custom Sound Bath as we unwind from the week. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is perfect for all levels. Come and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with us.

Yin Yoga is a slow-moving, meditational, deep practice that opens the hips, pelvis, and low spine by targeting the soft tissue of the joints, tendons, and ligaments. Slow down and combat burnout, stress, and anxiety as you hold a series of poses for 2-5 minutes each.
