Yin Yoga Practice
July 10 @ 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
What does it mean to truly thrive…not just get by, but feel rooted, open, and fully alive in your body and your life?
This yin practice is an invitation to slow down and create space for exactly that. Through long-held, grounding postures, we’ll gently release areas where tension, resistance, and stagnation tend to settle. As the body softens, the mind begins to quiet, making room for clarity, steadiness, and a deeper sense of internal support.
Thriving isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about learning how to soften, receive, and support yourself in a more sustainable way.
We’ll close with a 15-minute crystal bowl sound session, giving your body time to integrate the practice, regulate the nervous system, and settle into a deeper state of restoration.
Expect a slow, intentional experience focused on deep release, breath awareness, and stillness. You’ll leave you feeling grounded, open, and more connected to your own rhythm.
All levels welcome.
