Yoga for Runners & Walkers Workshop

Join Andi for a workshop designed to support your miles on the road or trail. This workshop focuses on mobility, strength, and recovery for the lower body. We’ll target hips, hamstrings, calves, ankles, and core stability to help prevent injury, improve efficiency, and speed up recovery.
Perfect for runners, walkers, and anyone spending more time outdoors this season. All levels welcome.
