$35Yoga Nidra, meaning “deep sleep” in Sanskrit, is a guided practice that brings you to the space between wakefulness and sleep, where the unconscious mind reaches a deeper state of awareness. You’ll be gently led through its stages—setting an intention, breath awareness, exploring opposites, and creative visualization.
Scientific studies show that this process not only relaxes the body and mind but also calms the nervous system, supporting overall well-being. You’ll emerge feeling refreshed, recharged, and better equipped to handle the stresses of daily life.
