Yogalates in the Park

$25This class is a blend of principles used in Pilates and Yoga and is designed to help you become more in tune with your posture and movements throughout the day. Each movement is done in a sequence that gradually progresses to activate and link different parts of the body. It is intended as more of an active recovery class that will help with both mobility and injury prevention, so it is low impact with plenty of ways to modify for all abilities and skill levels.
