This playful flow class links conscious breath with mindful movement to support strength, flexibility, balance, and self-awareness. Expect an uplifting, empowering practice with a little challenge, plenty of encouragement, and space to move in a way that feels good in your body. Modifications are offered for all experience levels.
This approachable yoga class is for anyone who wants to move with more ease, strength, and confidence. Through gentle yoga, functional movement, mindful stretching, and simple strengthening practices, you’ll support mobility, balance, flexibility, and body awareness in a way that feels steady and sustainable. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
