Strive to Thrive: Pilates-Inspired Yoga Flow

$27This Pilates-inspired yoga class focuses on building strength, stability and control from the inside out. Through intentional, controlled, low-impact movement, we’ll connect to the core, improve alignment and develop lasting strength that supports how you move every day. Expect a little sweat and a challenging experience that leaves you feeling strong, capable and thriving.
Please note: Katie is not a formally trained Pilates instructor. She is an experienced Pilates student and will thoughtfully incorporate Pilates-inspired movements into this class.
