Burn + Flow

$20Get your heart pumping and your body grounded in Burn & Flow, a 60-minute pop-up class that blends movement and recovery. We’ll kick things off with a yoga warm-up to wake up the body, then move into 30 minutes of heart-pumping intervals—think cardio bursts and strength training using bodyweight and light dumbbells. We’ll wrap with a yoga cool-down to bring it all back to center. Expect sweat, strength, and a sweet release. All levels welcome. Just bring yourself, water, and a willingness to move.
