Join Emmet Schmelig for a soul-nourishing all-levels yoga experience that begins with an energizing, playful vinyasa flow to spark your inner fire, followed by a calming yin sequence to ground and release. Expect a beautiful blend of movement, stillness, and laughter as we honor the joy of being together, in practice and in presence.

Emmet Schmelig, E-RYT-500, LMT, attended his first yoga class in 1994. A lifetime of experience in athletics and interest in physical fitness coupled with his study of yoga, massage therapy and personal training have enhanced his yoga teaching skills. Emmet has accumulated more than 10,000 hours of yoga teaching and has earned Yoga Alliance Experienced teacher status. Emmet has participated in many yoga workshops, and led several yoga workshops of his own and has led several week long yoga retreats in Mexico and Germany.
