Yes Move: Dance Class for Pedal the Cause!

Class is free to attend. Donations towads Mo’s Pedal The Cause team are encouraged. QR codes will be in the studio to scan and donate before/after class.

YES MOVE is our dance fitness class format. All of our classes are taught by dancers, but YES MOVE has a stronger focus on dance than strength training. In this hour-long class, your kick-ass instructor will take you through a warmup, 30-40 minutes of follow-the-leader style dance, 10-15 minutes of strength training, followed by a cool down and meditation.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have plenty to borrow), your sneakers, and water. Not a dancer? No problem! This is a judgement-free zone and most of our clients do not come from a dance background. The only goal is to move our bodies and have fun!
