Join us for a 45 minute outdoor Pilates class with Toni Fileccia at Francis Park! *Please bring your own Yoga Mat!

TruFusion STL certified instructor will take you through a 45 minute Pilates class which will incorporate yoga, burts of cardio, and strength training! Class will take place on the concerete area right next to Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis Park.

Our classes are achievable for people at ALL LEVELS, and we are devoted to providing asupportive and educational environment. Our instructors guide with each student’s individualskill set in mind!

PROVIDED EQUIPMENT: RESISTANCE BAND

NOT PROVIDED: YOGA MAT, WATER – PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN

*Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
