Pilates & Yoga Fusion

PiYo combines the practices of Yoga and Pilates to offer the mindfulness and balance of yoga with the core strengthening and muscle group burn of Pilates. This dynamic fusion class will highlight the similarities and differences between the two practices – and expand your own – by challenging the strength of the whole body and utilizing the breath in new ways.

Gentle PiYo is ideal for all students. This practice will help increase core and body strength, improve mobility, flexibility, and enhance posture. Most of this practice will be taught on the floor, laying down or seated. This class is designed to be safe for all bodies, including those with spinal issues like osteoporosis and bulged/herniated discs, and prenatal and postpartum women.

Gentle PiYo on Fridays at 3.30pm on May 23 & June 6
