Class description:
Slow down, tune in, and melt into deep relaxation with cannabis-friendly yoga at MO Growing Supplies in St. Clair. This is a gentle, elevated yoga experience designed for all levels—no experience necessary. Come as you are and move at your own pace.

🚪 Doors open at 6:15 PM — arrive early to settle in and choose your preferred elevation from the shop.
MO Growing offers a selection of flower, pre-rolls, infused drinks, and edibles available for purchase. No outside cannabis is permitted—thank you for supporting the space that makes this experience possible. Consumption is optional; however, please note this is a cannabis-friendly environment, and smoke will be present.
🧘♀️ Class begins: 6:30 PM
Enjoy a 50-minute slow, guided yoga class focused on stretching, relaxation, and stress relief. Move at your own pace — this class is designed with beginners in mind. Advanced practitioners are invited to amp things up and flow their own way.
🔔 Sound Bath Meditation
Class concludes with a 15-minute crystal bowl sound bath, let the calming vibrations wash over you and gently reset your nervous system.
🎒 What to bring:
• Yoga mat and any props you like
• Water bottle
Limited mats and blocks available — arrive early if you would like to borrow one. Water is also available.
Come as you are and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and grounded.
