Relax & Restore: A Sound Healing Experience

Join us for a deeply restorative experience that will soothe the nervous system and allow for deep physical & mental relaxation in a state of trance ~ healthful in ways that western science cannot yet quantify…

We will begin with very gentle guided breathing and visualization, taking you to a peaceful place within. The angelic tones of crystal singing bowls will weave in, and eventually the deep resonance of the Mercury Planetary Gong will take you to a meditative state, effortlessly.

You are welcome to register in advance (as space is limited) and even make your donation online to allow for a super smooth experience upon arrival.

Cozy up on your mat with blankets, bolsters, a weighted eye cover ~ all available at the studio. You might choose to bring your favorite pillow, or any props from home to ensure your comfort.
