This couples session blends deep Guided Breath Meditation, our Signature Sound Immersion Meditation Experience, and a mindful partnership practice to help couples slow down and reconnect in a grounded, natural way.

The evening begins as you settle onto your mats, allowing the room’s soft lighting and relaxing atmosphere to signal your bodies into ease. You’ll be guided through a spacious Breath Meditation—an effortless, reclined practice that encourages deep relaxation, steady breath, and the quieting of mental chatter. Layers of tension begin to unwind, making space for clarity, rest, and presence.

From this place of stillness, our sound bath unfolds. Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drums, Chau and Atlas Gongs, Crystal Pyramids, Buffalo Drum, and warm percussion create a layered field of vibration around you. The soundscape is designed to soothe the nervous system, deepen the breath, and help the body shift into a more restorative state. Couples may find that simply resting side-by-side in this environment naturally supports a sense of attunement and shared calm.

Feel the ocean drum and pangi shaker flow like water, and let the deep resonance of the Atlas and Chau gongs wash through every cell. The shimmering tones of the crystal pyramid and the gentle melodies of the Koshi chimes complete this immersive experience — a journey from Earth to sky, guiding you into deep relaxation, renewal, and inner peace.
