Summer Somatic Dance Party + Reiki

As the Year of the Fire Horse is in full swing, there is a lot of energy bouncing around us and through us. The last 4 months have most of us carrying deep inner self-confrontation and motivation that have been both enlightening and heavy. These energies can get stagnant and tangled.

The experience begins with 30 minutes of high-energy dance and movement to release stored tension and awaken the body. The energy will then gradually transition into meditative movement and grounding practices to restore balance and presence. The session concludes with a meditation while Cheri offers individual Reiki healing to each participant.

Please bring water and an open heart for whatever is ready to move, release, and transform.
