Bring your energy, bring a friend and let’s pack the parking lot and have all the fitness fun. DJ Reggie, will keep the hearts pumping with bpm bangers live from the lot! You’ll also get a chance to workout with some of our team and good a good feel for what the F45 community is all about. Spots are limited so register in the app today! Please bring a mat and water as well. We can’t wait to share this fun Saturday sweat with you.
