A Personal Take: Natalie’s Experience

I’ve experienced reoccurring, chronic pain in my left shoulder, neck and jaw since I was 16 years old.  I tend to clench my teeth while asleep, which leads to tension & tenderness in those areas.  Over the course of my life, I’ve taken action to help me remedy the pain – whether it be from dry needling or massage.  And those have helped in the short term, but I’ve never really stuck with it.  Recently, when the pain acted up, I decided it was time to seek help again.
