FreeA dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. We use light weights, resistance bands, and body weight, varying the speed of the exercises so you are constantly challenging the muscles. We work the whole body to sculpt and define arms, back, chest, shoulders, legs, gluts, and abdominals.
– Minimum of 2 for the class to run.
