Animal Flow Pop-Up

FreeBodyweight-style workout designed to improve coordination, mobility, strength and endurance. Starts with warm ups and activations, then learning each position and finally linking them together into a sequence known as the “flow.” Each movement and position is based on fundamental movement patterns such as crawling and rolling, but is specially designed to help your body better coordinate and stabilize through all movements. There are plenty of ways to modify so all skill levels and abilities are welcome.
