Celebrating International Animal Flow day all month long at some of STL’s most iconic parks & landmarks ????

IAFD is an annual event where thousands of people around the world gather to flow together on August 28th.

This is our 3rd year hosting for STL and is going to be our biggest one yet!

All of our Animal Flow classes on the schedule will be practicing the flow designed by @mikefitch.af throughout the month as well if you want to get extra practice in, but you don’t have to attend a class prior to a pop up.

Pop ups are free to attend, and all ages and abilities are always welcome!
