Modern Self-Defense Solutions presents these seminars to accommodate everyone! In today’s world, citizens are at risk of being in a violent confrontation. MSDS classes teach techniques that are proven in real world situations. Topics covered include situational awareness, basic striking, and an introduction to choke defenses.

Learning these real-world skills will help you become stronger and more confident.
