FREE Community Class with Kore Fitness

Once a month I love to partner with an incredible fitness studio in St. Louis to offer the community a chance to try something new! Maybe a class you’ve always wanted to try but too scared to try it on your own. As a fitness instructor, I understand that sometimes the hardest thing for people is just walking through the front door.

That’s why I do this. We have so many incredible studios here! Why not show them off and give you the opportunity to know you can show up supported!
