Your Guide to Outdoor Yoga In St. Louis 2025

Find Your Flow 2025

October 2025 Update – for a list of outdoor fitness happenings to attend before the 2025 season wraps, check out this cheat sheet.

There’s something magical about unrolling your mat outside—the breeze on your skin, the sunshine on your face, the grounding feel of grass beneath your feet. Practicing yoga in the open air brings a sense of connection—to nature, to breath, to self—that’s hard to replicate indoors. Whether it’s a gentle flow under the trees or a heart-opening sunrise session in the park, outdoor yoga just hits differently.

After months of being indoors, your body craves fresh air and freedom. Your mind does too. Research shows that exercising outdoors boosts mood, lowers stress levels, and increases feelings of vitality. Plus, it’s just more fun!

In a metropolitan area like St. Louis, we’re lucky to have beautiful green spaces, vibrant fitness communities, and tons of creative ways to take your workout outside. So whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking to shake up your fitness routine, this is your sign to take it to the park.

Below is a list of yoga providers that offer regular outdoor formats that are open to the public, click on each of their names for a link to the website or social media.  For additional pop up opportunities & outdoor yoga events, be sure to check the fitness event calendar which is updated every week! And if you are interested in other types of Outdoor Group Fitness, like running/biking clubs, barre classes, paddleboard yoga and more, check out our dedicated article to Outdoor Group Fitness.
