Overview of On The Fly

New for 2024, On the Fly Productions offers Elevated Fitness Classes that give people with ZERO experience an opportunity to train like an aerialist!  Their fitness classes are so much fun to attend – you don’t even realize you are working out!  Taught by actual aerialists, not only will you have incredible instruction but you might catch a glimpse of their high flying talent!  On The Fly was originally created for aerial professionals and kids, and they are thrilled to now offer Adult Fitness Classes. Classes at On The Fly

1. Elevated Fitness Classes – All abilities and no experience needed to attend.

Get a full body workout and gain the strength needed to become an Adult Aerialist.  The exercises will vary by day, targeting different muscle groups to improve overall body & grip strength. Having FUN is a must! Modifications are available for all abilities.

  • Start off your workout with a cardio and stretching warmup
  • Then rotate through strengthen & tone your muscles with various exercises using aerial silks, resistance bands and your own body weight.
  • After your rotations, it’s time for bungee fitness – strap your harness on and FLY!  The bungee portion of the class offers both great cardio and toning; the instructors will give you freedom to try various techniques from flying pushups, star jumps, runs, leap & lunge and more.
  • End your workout with aerial yoga to stretch out the muscles using their brightly colored aerial silks.

All remaining classes in February are FREE for all to experience the magic of Aerial fitness. Paid memberships, which include unlimited classes & childcare, begin March 4th at an introductory price of $39/month for the first 4 months! Final Thoughts

I went into On The Fly a bit nervous, but I came out feeling great – my muscles were challenged and most importantly, I had fun!  On my second visit, I brought a few friends along and it was great to experience something new together.  I’m not sure that I’m meant to be an aerialist, but training like one is super fun and a great way to add variety to my fitness routine. They are definitely worth checking out!
