Below is a list of yoga providers that offer regular outdoor formats that are open to the public. Outdoor Yoga in the St. Louis Area
Grand Basin Yoga at Forest Park
Starting May 4th running through November, join Grand Basin Yoga outdoors in Forest Park for its 19th year of accessible community yoga. This outdoor yoga practice in Forest Park overlooks the stunning lake at the Grand Basin. Dianna Lucas, teaches 4x per week (M, W, Sat & Sun) and Rose Pelosi teaches on Tuesday evenings. Drop into a class for $15 or buy a 10 class card for $125 from Dianna’s website. Classes are kid friendly, yoga dog friendly and no one will be turned anyone away for lack of funds. Monthly sound journeys are also offered. Classes are open to all-levels and instructors are trauma informed. YogiSpiceSTL at Lafayette Park
Yoga teacher, Lucy R Short aka Yogi Spice STL, offers 2 outdoor class formats May – October, both in Lafayette Park. Drop into a class for $15 or purchase a season pass from her website.
- Thursday Evenings – Sunset Yoga; start time adjusts by month based on sunset, ranging from 6pm start to 7pm start, check the website for weekly specifics
- Sunday Morning 10am – Yoga Sculpt – a high energy fusion of yoga, bodyweight strength training and cardio bursts. BYO weights (optional)
Kim Winn Yoga at Tower Grove Park & Francis Park
With weekly classes at 2 locations, Kim Winn has an incredible following and offers challenging classes that are open to all levels of yogis. Drop in for $11.
- 9:30am Saturdays at Tower Grove Park, West of the Roman Pavillion. From April – November, enjoy an outdoor yoga session on the grass at the Tower Grove Farmer’s Market.

Meet Ally Landwehr on the mat for all-levels park yoga, in the center of Francis Park near the statue. All classes are donation-based, pay what you can.

Paddleboard Yoga with Big Muddy Adventures

Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga & Meditation at Simpson Lake (Valley Park, MO)
Starting June 4th and running thru Sept 19th, Big Muddy hosts SUP Paddleboard Yoga & Meditation at Simpson Lake on Thursday mornings and Saturday evenings. Join instructors Mandi Gray and Anthony Stauss for $5 classes that run roughly 90 mins and include the cost of paddleboards. This is a special experience that will leave you feeling tranquil, strong and connected to nature.

Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga & Meditation at The Boathouse in Forest Park (St. Louis, MO)
Big Muddy hosts SUP Paddleboard Yoga & Medication at The Boathouse on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings June 1rd – Sept 14th. Join instructors Amy Rocca, Kat Fossell, and Anthony Strauss for $5 classes that run roughly 90 mins and include the paddleboard rental.

Yoga at Carondelet Park
Enjoy a team of yoga instructors host free yoga in Carondelet Park at 6pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the 2026 season. Sharon Thurmer Stone teaches on Monday, Anthony Stauss, with holistic guitarist, Jacob Zengerling, lead a music enhanced class on Wednesdays, and a rotating teacher joins the fun on Friday, including Mandi Gray from Tranquil Growth Yoga. and Breathwork. All classes drop in and donation based at Carondelet Park (corner of Holly Hills Blvd & Leona Street).

MoonBird Yoga at Vine Street Market
Moonbird Yoga hosts a weekly FREE all-levels yoga class at Vine Street Farmers Market in O’Fallon, IL. After class, grab a cup of coffee & enjoy the local vendors at the market. The Farmers Market runs May 9 – October. Moonbird will be there every Saturday at 8 AM at the corner of Vine & 1st Street in the grassy area near the railroad tracks. Don’t forget your yoga mat!

Rooftop Yoga at Four Seasons Hotel with Blue Sky Yoga
Join Blue Sky Yoga on the 8th floor rooftop at Four Seasons Hotel for an all-levels yoga & happy hour every Tuesday! Experience a variety of Mindful Movements offering strength, stretch, and grounding. You will love this luxury setting that gives you a chance to connect with yourself and others. The sunset views of the Arch & the breeze from the river make it an amazing place to practice. Stay after for a fresh juice, cocktail or an appetizer and enjoy the sunset! Park for free in the garage.

Sunrise Yoga at Kiener Plaza
The Gateway Arch Park Foundation offers a FREE outdoor sunrise yoga class every Tuesday, May 5th thru September 29th, from 7-7:45am at Kiener Plaza. This free yoga practice is designed to energize and align your body and mind through movement and breath. The Gateway Arch Park Foundation is a non-profit conservancy for Gateway Arch National Park. You can support events like Sunrise Yoga by making a donation to The Gateway Arch Park Foundation or by becoming a member. Every contribution goes toward the mission to uplift our hometown national park and the St. Louis region.
Pre-registration is not required, but participants will need to sign a waiver before class begins. Waivers must be signed by all attendees before their first class. Bring your own mat/towel and water bottle.

Sunrise Yoga at City Garden
Every Wednesday May 27-September 3 join Mandi Gray from Tranquil Growth Yoga & Breathwork, at City Garden for Sunrise Yoga at 7am. With a beautiful City Garden Sculpture Park as your backgrop, explore the connection between body, breath and awareness. Bring a Yoga Mat and water. Free, donations are welcome.

Central West End Yoga at Market on McPherson
Join Central West End Yoga the last Sunday of the month at 10AM for Mats on McPherson—a free 45-minute flow led by a rotating lineup of Central West End Yoga teachers & Sculpt instructors. Stay after to wander thru Market on McPherson, a monthly boutique farmer’s market in the Central West End. Grab a hand-held breakfast from Stacked or La Pez, paruse local vendors and start your Sunday with Ease.

Outdoor Yoga on Beale Street with YogaSix St Charles
Starting in May, join YogaSix St. Charles on the second Saturday of every month through September for outdoor yoga on Beale Street! Each class is to all-levels, with amazing music, and is an incredible way to kick off your weekend. Classes $5 each and all proceeds benefit Youth in Need.

Sunset Yoga at Ballpark Village with YogaSix STL
Join YogaSix STL for a monthly hour-long class on the Together Credit Union Plaza at Ballpark Village. Come for the yoga and nama- stay for post-class drinks at Sports & Social.

Rooftop Yoga with Urban Harvest STL
Urban Harvest of STL presents Rooftop Yoga as part of the 2026 Wellness Series. Start your Sunday morning with our beginner-friendly rooftop yoga class.
Classes will be 45 minutes long and held every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Yoga mats will be provided if you do not have one. All bodies are welcome! Starts May 10th and runs thru October 25th
