Empower at Warrior Won (Yoga Sculpt)

This 45-minute sculpt class blends yoga, mat Pilates, and strength training into a low-impact, full-body experience that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and energized. Empower is offered both warm and non-heated classes.

Signature Training at Shred415
For a workout that keeps things moving and maximizes every minute, Shred415’s signature interval class is a must-try.
The signature 60-minute class is comprised of four 15-minute intervals – alternating between treadmill & floor work a, giving you the best of both cardio + strength in one efficient session. 50 min classes are also available.
Not a runner? No problem. You can walk, jog, or hike on the treadmill and still get an incredibly effective workout. The intervals fly by, and before you know it, you’ve completed a full-body sweat session that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
On the floor, strength segments rotate daily between Arms & Abs, Butt, Legs + Abs & Total Body…so you’re always challenging different muscle groups.
And if you love the strength portion, don’t miss their Sculpt or Strength classes, which focuses on 50 minutes of strength training on the floor.

Cardio Dance at Bloom Fitness Studio
If your ideal workout feels more like a night out than time at the gym, Cardio Dance at Bloom is calling your name.
This follow-the-leader style class is all about letting loose, moving your body, and having fun. Taught by owner Jamie Smitz and a team of instructors who each bring their own unique vibe, no two classes feel exactly the same—but the energy is always high.
In Cardio Dance you will likely stop watching the clock, forget you’re exercising, and leave with a full endorphin high. The studio sets the mood with dim lighting, loud music, and choreography is designed to make you feel confident and a little bit spicy. The best part? You don’t need to hit every move perfectly. In fact, you’re encouraged not to overthink it. Just let loose and dance.
In March, our FitnessFoodieSTL community event happened here, and the energy in the room was absolutely contagious— proof that this class is as much about community as it is about cardio.
